We are living, evolving, dynamic beings and we change all the time. You will transform even as you complete this assessment. The very fact that you are taking the assessment indicates that you both wish to and are making changes in your life. Also, you are the only one who will ever see the results and they are only designed to help you begin this process. In order to get where we are going, we all need a place to begin. This assessment is no different. You need to have a starting place. You need to know where you are now in order to be able to start the journey eventually to finish it as a whole and well-rounded being on this planet.
Here are the links to the online versions of the Element Designation Assessment Tool (EDAT) and the Element Imbalance Assessment Tool (EIAT). The assessment questions are the exact same as those in the book. However, because the internet is so much more interactive, this online version will score the assessment for you and will also give you some graphical feedback on your scores. These assessments are a critical part of completing the Life Elements Integration Process. Once you take the EDAT and EIAT, you will then know your Element Designations and Imbalances. From there you will be on the road to changing your life.
As you complete the assessments, please pay close attention to the exact verbage and select the result that is most true for you by clicking on the button next to the appropriate answer. The words, "always, extremely, never, etc." in the questions are designed to pinpoint your exact degree of strength in the individual Elements.
