Izolda is an intuitive healer and she draws from a number of different disciplines to serve best the needs of her clients. She utilizes a number of disciplines and also her intuition to work with her clients to help them find their path to wellness.

Izolda has been practicing healing massage for over 20 years. She has an extensive background of self-study in deep-tissue, myofascial, and shiatsu forms of body work therapy. Ideally, she works with her clients in a partcipatory atomsphere where the client is asked to breathe into the work being done (by this it is meant that the client imagines the area being worked on and focuses on it to help the muscles release) so that both Izolda and the client work together to achieve the goal of helping to relax the muscles, drain away tension, and leave the client feeling rested, rejuvinated, and whole. Several clients have reported feeling invigorated and extremely refreshed after these sessions and more than a few have had relief from headaches, back, arm, and hand issues that might arise from repetitive motion stresses.

She is available for these energetic healing massage sessions at her office in Berwyn Heights, MD by appointment. If you wish to make an appointment, please contact Izolda by either phone or email below.
