Izolda with guitar Music My Music on iTunes

My compositions have been featured on numerous products and projects. Recently, I completed work on "Touch the Earth" a multimedia project for NASA. I also composed and performed all of the music for the Missions and Meditations CDs for my book, "Life Elements."

My original music is an earth-centered fusion of jazz, classical, folk, African, Eastern European and Middle-Eastern influences. I believe in the transformative and magical power of music, and I strive to bring that across in both my lyrics and melodies. It is my sincere hope that everyone who comes to this site leaves with a renewed sense of the magic and mystery of music and song.

As an educator, I perform and teach about music from all over the world. Together, my audiences and I explore and appreciate the myriad genres of music through the ages and from all over the world.

Songs and Music: My site of song samples of traditional and world music from many different cultures.

IzoldaMusic.com: My musical compositions for movies and other projects.

The Philosopher's Tones: I lead an a cappella octet. We sing holiday songs and carols at area events.
