This is the home of Fairy Steppers Shoes. These sparkling, whimsical & wonderful shoes are taking steps to make a difference in the world. Created by Izolda Trakhtenberg of Healer's Arts these shoes are permanent, machine-washable and fun as all get out to wear.

To get your own pair of these fun shoes:

  1. Go to Payless Shoes (or some other store that sells all canvas, black sneakers/shoes.
  2. Buy a pair in your size
  3. Get/send them to me along with your color choice (right now they come in purple, blue, red, green, silver, gold and black).
  4. If you live local to Greenbelt/College Park, Maryland, you can drop them off and pick them up from me at the Healer's Arts office.
  5. If you live too far away and can't come get them, and I need to mail them to you, then I'll need you to send them to me (address coming soon) along with 5.00 for postage and your return address in the contiguous 48. Outside of the contiguous 48 States, will require a bit more in the way of postage (depending on where they will need to be sent).

Here's where these shoes are going to make a difference. I'll make your shoes in your color choice in exchange for a donation of no less than 25.00 to your favorite women's rights, animal rights, or environmentalist-oriented charity/organization (A/W/E).

  1. You take the tax deduction (but please give a tip of the hat to Fairy Steppers).
  2. You'll need to send me a screen capture of having donated (black out any credit card info please) and I'm going to keep a rolling tally on this site.
