Philosophy

With singing as the platform, we utilize the voice as the first instrument, a unique vocal instruction method, and group singing techniques to develop a creative bond and common group focus. These techniques apply seamlessly to developing creativity, sharpening listening skills, improving communication, and enhancing team cohesion in your company.

Mission

Our Mission is to help companies establish a working environment where everyone feels creative, focused and productive all in an atmosphere that fosters creativity, self-confidence and positive group solidarity.

"I fully believe that the world is a better place when we're more creative and self-confident."
-Izolda Trakhtenberg

Testimonials

Izolda's demeanor and connection to our unit was engaging and electrifying! In just two hours, she had even the most reluctant members of our team singing and having a great time. We will definitely carry these techniques with us on our "clown rounds" and beyond in our individual careers.
-John Dodge, Supervisor,
Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit at Children's National Medical Center

The workshop is worthy of more than one session - you will learn something new each time.

The techniques and exercises I learned will have a positive impact on the search for my own voice. I'm looking forward to taking the advanced workshops!

Izolda is an engaging speaker, whose wide range of teaching experience shows in her mastery of the art.

She easily imparts her knowledge and love of singing, and impressively adapts her material to the group at hand.

We can't wait to schedule the next one!

Packed with a huge variety of practical techniques.

I really believe that the skills that you taught continue to help me.

Not only can I sing better, but I can learn better. When's the next workshop?"

Ms. Trakhtenberg nurtures enthusiasm, to the end that the voice grows technically in strength and psychologically in confidence.

The workshop definitely created common ground. Izolda taught us how to hear our own voices; then, she taught us to blend and harmonize with the group.

I noticed as I was leaving spirited conversations blossomed between individuals who had been strangers.
