I get a pizza crust (sorry don't make my own - anything that needs baking other than just heating up doesn't work for me). Then, I make the vegan garlic/basil pesto.
Next, I slice (thin slices) a package of white mushrooms.
Chop 3/4 of a can of artichoke hearts.
Thinly slice one medium tomato.
Grate 2/3 package of Soya Kaas mozzarella.
Layer the entire pizza crust with the pesto. Top with mushrooms and top of them put the artichoke hearts and then the sliced tomato. Sprinkle soy cheese on top of that.
Bake according to the pizza crust recipe (usually 350 for 10-12 minutes, I think).
