Yoga At Healer's ArtsYoga at Healer's Arts focuses on balance, strength, and flexibility with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and full focus. Students will be guided through each asana (pose) and the goal will be to build on our current levels of strength, balance, and flexibility as we deepen our knowledge of our bodies and our yoga practices.Sign up for classes and pay via PayPal below. In this slightly more fast-paced class, we will explore asana, breath, and the energy of awakening ourselves to our bodies, breath, and spirit. Students will leave with the knowledge that they have worked their bodies and feeling ready to face the week ahead. | |
Thursday Evening Yoga |
This deeper class will explore many modifications of poses and we will delve into our own abilities and focal points of asana. We will look at variations of asana to emphasize and develop our own internal practice. There will be a deep relaxation at the end of each class. | |
| Friday Lunchtime Yoga 12pm - 1pm 13.00 a class for a six-class session (Walk-in students: 15.00) (Note: this class will not start until January 9, 2009.) |
This class will be similar in scope to the Monday lunchtime class and might be more advanced depending on the level and interest of students. | |
| "Pay What You Can" yoga Sundays at 11am. TBD | This class will be a time for us to gather and share yoga. We will do asana but in a slightly less formal class setting. This class will create an opportunity for those who want to try yoga as the price will vary depending on what students can pay. |
